ASSIGNMENT 2

The topic I decided to choose from was medical errors in health care. Medical errors are a huge factor in so many deaths in the United States. Medical diagnosis needs to be taken more seriously. Medical providers must find a way to make sure they are taking all the steps that need to be taken and getting back the full results before diagnosing a patient. The military has had many medical errors causing sailors to lose their career as well as put their health in danger. Different steps and protocol must be implemented. I chose this topic because it is very important to me. Wrong diagnosis can lead to deaths and in my case, I have witnessed a lot while being in the military. Health providers figure they have so many patients to see that they just rush the process putting a patient’s life at risk. If wrong diagnosis were given the cause of death would decrease in my opinion.
