Affordable Care Act—Health Care Financing and Access to Services
In many countries around the world, universal access to health care is considered a right for all citizens. In order to promote improvement in access and quality, the United States passed the Affordable Care Act in 2010; however, debate continues in regard to implementation of the ACA.
